How we work
Built on the TriaPath Method™
Everything we do is grounded in seven principles. Here are three of them.
Meet People Where They Are
Healing begins with acceptance. We don't expect people to arrive "fixed." We meet them exactly where they are today.
Build Hope First
People rarely change because someone criticizes them. They change because someone helps them believe change is possible. Hope comes first.
Change Thinking, Change Life
Our thoughts shape our emotions. Our emotions influence our choices. Healthy thinking creates healthier living.

Answers before your first visit
Do you accept NC Medicaid?
Yes. TriaPath accepts NC Medicaid, alongside commercial insurance including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so our intake team will confirm your specific benefits before your first visit.
What's the difference between SAIOP and SACOT?
Both are structured outpatient substance use programs. SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program) and SACOT (Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment) differ in intensity and hours per week. Our intake team will help determine which level of care fits your situation.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer telehealth appointments across North Carolina in addition to in-person visits at our Greensboro and Durham offices.
